Interested in a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology? A masters in organizational psychology focuses on the psychological aspects of the workplace. Also sometimes referred to as an industrial organizational psychology masters, it enables graduates to work as psychologists with businesses, government and other large organizations. Students may continue on to the Ph.D. program after their Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology, which would allow them to teach or conduct research and teach at colleges and universities.
