The University of Washington's College of Education's Master of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership is a unique degree program that prepares students for leadership positions within intercollegiate sports. Both IAL-Admin & IAL-Coaching address the challenges common to athletic administration and coaching at all levels and provide a better understanding of the role of athletics within the education setting.

Ideal option for coaches looking to strengthen their coaching skill set through leadership and sport-specific coursework. Many IAL-Coaching students are already established within the intercollegiate setting and are looking to build on their current level of expertise.
