City University of Seattle's Master of Arts in Leadership (M.A.L.) degree program is designed for individuals working in a wide variety of professional sectors including for-profit, non-profit, health care, government, education, or service, who would like to improve their ability to lead—locally and globally. If you are currently in a leadership role and wish to enhance your leadership knowledge and skills, this program is for you.
