The Organization Development and Knowledge Management program gives our students a competitive edge in the professional areas of change management, organizational consulting, project management and/or human resource development for the 21st-century work environment. This highly regarded, executive program equips professionals with both knowledge and practical tools to lead effectively in a world that requires networked, interactive ways of operating, innovative approaches to managing work, and new styles of leadership.
