The master of public health (MPH) degree is the most recognized professional credential in public health practice. In BYU's MPH program students fulfill core requirements in areas of knowledge basic to public health, with an emphasis in global health promotion (community health education). The MPH program also responds to the needs of health professionals who wish to expand their career options in public health.

International Student Requirements:We are required by U.S. immigration law to verify every international student's ability to finance the length of time necessary to pursue an education in the United States. Evidence of financial ability, exclusive of travel expenses, may be furnished in one (or a combination) of the following ways: Proof of personal funds A contract of support from a parent or sponsor and proof of funds (i.e. bank statement) Government/Scholarship Funds, etc.
