Program Description:

The Department of Educational Psychology is one of four departments in Baylor University's School of Education. There are presently ten full-time faculty members who teach in and across one undergraduate program (generic special education), and three primary graduate programs (MSEd, EdS, and PhD). These graduate programs include tracks in school psychology and educational psychology. Faculty have a wide range of research interests that include infant and early childhood cognitive development, autism, professional development schools for preservice teachers, gifted and talented education, and the measurement and evaluation of children at risk for poor academic outcome. Students in all programs have access to the Baylor Autism Resource Center and the Baylor Psychometric Laboratory.

Accreditation:

Ed.S. program in school psychology is approved by the National Association of School Psychologists and accepted by the Texas State Board of Examiners.

International Student Requirements:

A minimum of 550 on the Test of English as a Foreign language (TOEFL).
