The Leadership Excellence track provides an Instructional Leadership License to prepare graduates for the role of a school principal. *Must have 3 years teaching experience. Face-to-Face Graduate: Our graduate curriculum was developed by America’s top educators for educators, ensuring coursework that is both rigorous and relevant. Bethel MAEd students enjoy the following benefits: 36-hour non-licensure program with a completion time of 14 to 19 months 49-hour licensure program with a completion time of 24 months Technology Highly-qualified professors dedicated to each student’s success The opportunity to learn with other academic professionals The program offers four tracks: The Elementary Education licensure track gives participants teaching certification in grades K-6. The Secondary Education licensure track gives participants teacher certification in grades 7-12 if certain pre-requisites are met.
