Our program’s curriculum incorporates the distinct human resource disciplines as determined by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
As you prepare for career advancement in a variety of managerial and professional positions, you’ll learn to apply the models and theories of Human Resource Management at both the strategic and operational levels to improve organizational competitiveness.
In addition, gain expertise in: business planning SWOT analysis business process analysis development of human capital financial literacy information technology operations and quality management
When you graduate, you’ll be prepared to sit for the Human Resource Certification Institute’s Profession in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification exams.

International Student Requirements:
The following documents are not required for admission to the University, but are mandatory for immigration purposes. An I-20 will not be issued until these documents have been received:
1. Declaration of Financial Support signed by both the applicant and the sponsor.
2. Certified bank statement or government sponsorship letter verifying financial support for one academic year. Bank statements cannot be older than three months from the time issued. The amount required may vary according to the academic program of admission.
3. Copy of the biographical section of your current passport
