Program Description:

The curriculum provides an understanding of basic genetic mechanisms affecting human genes, chromosomes, cells, individuals, and populations of organisms in both normal and disease states. Courses address the areas of human population and quantitative genetics, genetic toxicology, biochemical and molecular genetics, and cytogenetics.
