The Mylan School of Pharmacy offers a six-year entry-level Doctor of Pharmacy program of study. The program is configured in a two-year pre-professional and four-year professional curricular format. Students are accepted directly into the pharmacy school from high school or as a transfer student, either into the preprofessional years or the first year of the professional curriculum, depending on previous education.
The weekend Doctor of Pharmacy program offers year-round course instruction on Saturdays and Sundays. While classes meet exclusively on weekends, experiential education requirements require full-time participation. The program is configured with accompanying educational technologies that enhance on-site teaching. Students enrolled in this program must meet prerequisite course requirements and already hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
