Program Description:

The MFA in Creative Writing is a broad program of study (39 credit hours) with five separate tracks in poetry, fiction, nonfiction, screenwriting and children's and adolescent writing. The program has a focus on travel writing, nature, and the environment and offers unique opportunities for travel through its field seminars. Most full-time students can complete the program in two years, with the majority of courses taught during the evenings.
