International Student Requirements:Unless they hold a degree from a college or university in an English-speaking country, all international applicants must submit a score from either the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), the Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT), or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). Furthermore, non-native speakers of English applying to the Certificate program must also submit any one of the following to complete their application. Please be aware that this additional requirement for non-native speakers of English applies even if the applicant holds a degree from an institution in an English speaking country or permanent residency in the U.S.: • A score from the Test of Spoken English (TSE), • the Speaking Proficiency English Assessment Kit (SPEAK), or • the Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT).
