Master of Arts: Leadership and Innovation
As a student within the Leadership and Innovation specialization of WLC's Master of Arts program, you’ll refine your decision-making skills, understand policy implications impacting educational leaders, and develop an entrepreneurial approach to educational leadership within 21st century schools. This area of study is ideal for educators who aspire to be innovative leaders who advance student achievement; especially those seeking to become program directors, principals, deans of students, directors of instruction, or lead trainers.

This 36 credits master’s program can be completed in 2 – 3 years, taking one course every 8 weeks, with some students accelerating their studies to finish in 18 months. Financial aid, tuition discounts, and referral scholarships may apply – ask your enrollment advisor if you qualify.
This program provides candidates an opportunity to complete the necessary coursework for Wisconsin licensure as a Principal (WI #5051).
