Program Description:

The College of Engineering and Mineral Resources will deliver the Safety Management program in a blended format with online and on-site classes in Martinsburg and Wheeling, WV, beginning August 2011. Students will take 12 courses: * 6 courses are offered completely online; * 4 courses are offered face-to-face in a classroom in Martinsburg or Wheeling; * 1 course is mostly online with two on-site (Martinsburg or Wheeling) labs; and * 1 course can be taken as an internship or an online course. Each course is seven weeks long. Two courses will be offered per term and will run consecutively. The face-to-face courses will be offered on Saturdays. Students will enroll together in a cohort model and should be able to complete the program in five semesters (approximately 2.5 years).
