Our online Elementary program provides opportunities for graduate study and research leading to the degree of Master of Arts (M.A.) for educators and other professionals with educational responsibilities. The primary purpose of the master's program in elementary (early/middle) education is to provide increased knowledge, skill, and competence for licensed teachers working with children in the elementary (early/middle) school setting. The graduate elementary (early/middle) teacher education program has three major areas of emphasis: graduate education, subject content/methods, and electives.
