Master of Science in Agriculture, Food Science and Management Option
The online Master of Science in Agriculture—Food Science and Management combines WSU’s world-renowned food-science graduate program with business courses in executive management.
The result is an hybrid master’s that equips graduates to meet the increasing demand for managers who understand both research and economics. Courses range from statistics to toxicology, from organizational management to molecular biology to leadership.
The 30 semester-credit program is led by award-winning WSU food science professor Jeff Culbertson, a pioneer in online education who has worked for or consulted with dozens of corporations, including Kellogg, Dow and General Mills.
