What Our Master’s in Management Can Teach
Warner Pacific’s MMOL is a 34-credit master’s degree that can be completed in two years. It is designed to produce graduates who have practical skills in coaching, management, and executive-level decision-making, all grounded in strong ethical principles.

Learning experiences in this degree program are designed to connect practically with current issues in students’ workplaces. At the end of the program, students complete an integrated organizational leadership project that demonstrates their mastery of course skills and content.
How the Program Works
Warner Pacific’s ADP degrees, including the Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership, are cohort programs in which 14-22 students progress towards their degree together. Small classes help foster strong relationships with instructors and facilitate productive discussions.
Our ADP programs are also convenient. In order to accommodate full-time employment, cohorts meet once a week in the evening. Additionally, students can choose from locations throughout Portland and Vancouver.
