Become a transformative teacher with a Master of Arts in Teaching degree delivered online at the USC Rossier School of Education. Through a combination of state-of-the-art online learning and field-based teaching experiences, aspiring teachers have the opportunity to earn an advanced degree and be recommended for a teaching credential. This innovative program is designed to provide our students with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to make a difference in classrooms across the country. Students can pursue a course of study in one of the following concentrations: * Multiple Subject Teaching (Elementary) * Secondary English * Secondary Mathematics * Secondary Science * Secondary Social Science By successfully completing the Master of Arts in Teaching with Teaching Credential program, you can be recommended for a California teaching credential in one of the following areas: Multiple Subject (Elementary Education), English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies. If your goal is to teach in another state, our student services team will provide support and direction to help you identify the most direct and efficient path to local certification: Earn a California credential, which you can then transfer to another state through interstate reciprocity.
