Put the world under a microscope, and prepare yourself for a potential career confronting society’s greatest challenges with your Master of Arts in Public Sociology at University of the Rockies. Through numerous case studies of social behaviors, customs, and cultures, you will come to understand the roles of government, non-profit, and community organizations, while positing solutions to critical public issues. This degree program features two specializations: Applied Sociology and Medical Sociology, with courses that include Social Epidemiology, Social Psychology, Sociological Theory, and Grant Proposal Writing.
