The Fire Administration concentration addresses the unique challenges faced by leaders in the fire service. Learn to run a fire department, set a public budget, manage resources, and develop strategic plans to meet the ever-changing demands placed upon your fire department.

The Nonprofit Management concentration prepares graduates to assume leadership roles in nonprofit organizations and to strategically grow those organizations to maximize resources and impact. Learn to develop strategic plans, acquire funding, manage resources, and engage in effective public relations.
