M.Ed./Ed.S: Science Education Online
The Science Education Online Master of Education-Ed.S is a graduate program offered jointly by the School of Education and College of Natural Sciences. Courses are offered from several departments to best serve the needs of elementary and middle school teachers. Program participants can earn an M.Ed./Ed.S through the School of Education. Massachusetts' teachers can earn Professional Licensure through completion of the M.Ed. and/or by earning 12 credits beyond the master's degree while enrolled in a Ed.S program. The master's degree is comprised of 33 credits and the Ed.S requires 30 credits. In addition, development is underway to add a 15 credit graduate certificate.
