Supported by a strong foundation in advanced research methods, cognitive psychology, social psychology, personality, learning theory, and ethical practice in psychology, SNHU’s Industrial-Organizational psychology degree provides you the ability to design, develop and evaluate performance and training initiatives that adhere to best practices of industrial-organizational psychology and effectively address the unique needs and goals of organizations. Accredited by New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Note: This program does not lead to licensure but does prepare you for doctoral studies.
Applicants must have a BA/BS in Psychology OR BA/BS in another discipline with demonstrated experience in Statistics and Research methods in a social science. Students who do not meet this criteria may be provisionally accepted and complete the recommended coursework before beginning their graduate classes. Minimum 2.75 GPA. No GMAT or GRE required.
