Industries such as business, marketing, education, health services, criminal justice, sports management, and information technology are increasingly seeking out individuals with these credentials to help improve performance, motivation, and general well-being within organizations.
With an MS in Psychology you can deepen your understanding in critical areas such as research methods, cognitive psychology, social psychology, personality, learning theory, and ethical practice in psychology. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of psychological research to real world contexts. Accredited by New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Concentrations: Industrial-Organizational and Child and Adolescent Development Psychology. Note: This program does not lead to licensure but does prepare you for doctoral studies. Concentrations are available in either Industrial-Organizational Psychology or Child and Adolescent Development Psychology.
Requirements:
Applicants must have a BA/BS in Psychology OR BA/BS in another discipline with demonstrated experience in Statistics and Research methods in a social science. Students who do not meet this criteria may be provisionally accepted and complete the recommended coursework before beginning their graduate classes. Minimum 2.75 GPA. No GMAT or GRE required.
