Program Description:

Literature has long been a source of inspiration, both for readers and writers – find your inspiration in SNHU’s online Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing with a Fiction concentration. This program fosters your imagination and creativity with a perfect balance of critical analysis and craft. This advanced degree emphasizes the craft of writing fiction and why authors do what they do and how they do it, and instills a deeper understanding of fiction in all of its forms. In addition to critical analystic and communication skills, the SNHU online program gives you insight into publishing, broadcasting and professional production. Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum 2.75 GPA. Applicants must submit a 200-500 word statement of purpose on why they are pursuing the degree. A creative writing sample of 3-10 pages, double spaced, is also required.
