About Southern New Hampshire University
Southern New Hampshire University is a private, nonprofit, accredited institution. The school was founded in 1932, by H.A.B. Shapiro as the New Hampshire School of Accounting and Secretarial Science. Since then, a wave of expansion has taken place that includes two regional centers in Manchester, NH and Brunswick, ME.
Aside from the three main schools, the School of Business, the School of Education, and the School of Arts and Sciences, SNHU offers online graduate programs. Graduate Admission Requirements
Southern New Hampshire University welcomes graduate applications from students who have earned a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A resume is also required for most graduate programs. Aside from this material, there may be program-specific requisites. International students may need to fulfill extra requisites and provide TOEFL scores. All students can use the electronic forms to complete their application.
SNHU has five 10-week graduate terms per academic year. Start dates typically occur twice in the Fall, twice in the Spring and once in the Summer. Check school academic calendars for details.
