Master of Arts in Organization Development
With curriculum focused on improving workplace performance in a 21st century global business world, Roosevelt’s Master of Arts in Organization Development helps students develop expertise in the theories and practices of systematically improving productivity and competence in organizational settings. Students complete 12 courses to develop highly marketable skills that prepare them to assess organizational and individual needs, identify and implement solutions, and generate support.
Classes are mapped to the Association for Talent Development Competency Model and are taught by distinguished faculty with years of experience in the field. Graduates go on to exciting and important work in coaching, career development, organizational success and change.
