Program Description:

Roosevelt’s master’s in conflict and mediation is the only degree of its kind in the Chicago region that embeds the Chicago Center for Conflict Resolution’s Certification (a non-profit partner of Roosevelt), as well as practicums with real mediation clients.


Students perform actual supervised mediation during the program, preparing them for work in courts, government, education, health care, human resources, project management, politics and more. Professionals in the fields of organizational development, human resources, law and criminal justice can make ready use of the variety of skills learned in the program.

Roosevelt’s flexible course delivery options allow you to earn your degree at our conveniently located downtown Chicago Campus, northwest suburban Schaumburg Campus, or fully online.
