Program Description:

Pepperdine University’s online MBA program offers experienced professionals the opportunity to learn the skills – and gain the confidence – to excel in business. With a values-centered approach, the online MBA program imparts a solid foundation of current business and management theory and practice that includes an understanding of the impacts of globalization, competition, technological innovation, and ethics in the workplace.

Pepperdine offers the online MBA program through its prestigious Graziadio School of Business and Management, which is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). This accreditation honor is bestowed on less than 5% of business schools worldwide. The Graziadio School promotes the philosophy that successful management seeks collective good along with individual profit and is anchored in core values such as integrity, stewardship, courage, and compassion.

Pepperdine’s online MBA program is designed for working professionals who are employed full time and seek an ambitious program in a flexible online environment. The core curriculum of this rigorous program covers such topics as marketing and financial management, behavior in organizations, and quantitative analysis for business operations. In addition, you may choose one of four concentrations: finance, leadership and managing organizational change, marketing, or general management. The general management concentration allows you to choose courses from across the other three concentrations. These options allow you to tailor your online MBA experience to your specific interests.

The online MBA program at Pepperdine also embraces rigorous, experience-driven learning that you can apply immediately to real business problems at existing companies, including your own. Your peers in the program, whom you will meet in an extended weekend residency before your online classes begin, will add another real-world element to your MBA online experience as they share their particular business knowledge and skills.
