Master of Science in Organizational Leadership - Human Resources Management
Smart companies know that people are their greatest asset, and individuals with strong talent management skills are needed to manage this important business function. The human resources management specialization focuses on the interrelationships between employees, leadership, and the business organization in general. You will develop skills to properly create, develop, mediate and maintain these critical connections. Students will also examine how an organization’s employee relations practices are linked to its overall business plan. The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)* has acknowledged that NCU’s human resources management specialization fully aligns with SHRM's HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates. The HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates were developed by SHRM to define the minimum HR content areas that should be studied by HR students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
