Program Description:

The University of North Georgia offers a Master of Science with a Major in Nursing Education degree. The program prepares students to obtain employment in the field of Nursing Education. Employment settings include colleges and universities, vocational technical schools, and hospital education. Quick Facts: New cohort begins each summer term. 35 semester-hour program. Completed in 6 consecutive semesters of study. Part-time study is also available. Classes offered 1 day per week at the Dahlonega campus. Face-to-face instruction is utilized with online web enhancement as a component for most courses. Several courses are delivered completely online. Students must be able to engage in electronic collaboration using email, email attachments, and listservs. Students must be competent using word processing and presentation software.
