Program Description:

The MBA Elder Care Management concentration is a program designed for working professionals employed in the areas of geriatrics, social services, health care and business. The curriculum will focus on management systems, decision-making tools, new technologies, financial management, referral systems as well as current issues in health law and ethics as they apply to elder care. Throughout your studies at Mt Lyon Institute, you will gain exposure to both the applied knowledge and administrative practices that will increase your overall effectiveness and potential for career advancement within an assisted living facility, retirement community or healthcare organization.
