The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management is designed as a fully online program to be completed in 3 semesters (1 calendar year), based on the completion of two courses per semester. However, the curriculum is flexible and allows students to complete the certificate in human resource management more rapidly or slowly. Students wishing to enroll in more than two courses per semester can do so with permission of the program director. However, the program must be completed within six years of initial enrollment. The advanced human resource programs are led by faculty with advanced graduate degrees and/or possess significant experience in the fields of business, organization behavior and human resources.
