Program Description:

Students who want a flexible and efficient way to widen their expertise and career options but may not be ready to pursue a graduate degree can choose from two 8-week, fully online graduate certificates or a 16-week on-campus certificate.

The Environmental Law and Policy Certificate offers an overview of how the legal system and environmental policies can shape the law, address sustainability issues, and impact environmental and socio-economic issues.

Students who complete a certificate have the option of continuing their education and transferring their certificate credits toward earning their MS in Environmental Science and Sustainability.

Loyola’s Institute of Environmental Sustainability (IES) is a nationally recognized leader in sustainability, with groundbreaking undergraduate curriculum and state-of-the-art
sustainability facilities.

In addition, Loyola:
