Our PMBA’s human resource management specialization covers the following three courses:
Human Resource Management: Gain in-depth insight into the skills and knowledge necessary for strategically managing people within an organization. You’ll take part in experiential and role-playing exercises that shed light on important concepts in HR planning, HR law, recruitment, performance appraisal, and more.
Dynamics of Teams and Communities: Gain insight into how groups work and learn tools for managing teams in person, at a distance, or virtually. This course covers strategies for working with culturally diverse groups, managing conflict, and productively working with difficult people.
Organizational Change and Development: Learn to analyze an organization’s readiness for change and develop appropriate intervention and change strategies. Issues examined will include power and resistance, human motivation and behavior, intervention in systems, and the fostering of change-oriented cultures.
