Our PMBA’s general management specialization covers the following three courses:
Managerial Economics: In-depth examination of the effect of economic principles on organizational environments. You’ll explore organizational architectures, including market structure, and study the roles of bounded rationality and transaction costs in determining the effectiveness of an organization.
Strategic Thinking and Planning: Explore methods and tools for aligning people, processes, and resources to an organization’s strategic mission, vision, and purpose. Develop your ability to think strategically and develop strategic plans.
Quality and Operations Management: Examine how to develop an organization-wide approach to quality improvement through the integration of strategy, operations management, and quality control concepts. As part of this course, you can analyze and develop a continuous improvement plan for your current workplace.
