Program Description:

Unique among the public universities of Florida, the Master of Science in Human Resource Development (HRD) is designed for individuals who choose to serve the field as facilitators and managers of individual, organizational, and career development of adults in work settings. Graduates are prepared to develop, facilitate, and manage programs and interventions for adult clients and may fulfill many roles, including HRD management; corporate training and education; organizational development; staff development; performance improvement; and career development.

Professionals in these roles typically operate in settings as diverse as corporate universities; community, social service, and governmental agencies; and external consulting organizations. The program caters to working professionals with evening and Saturday classes and offers courses at both the University Park Campus in Miami and the Broward-Pines Center in Pembroke Pines.
