"Many graduate programs in leadership train students to apply management skills to a business setting. Crown’s online master’s in Organizational Leadership degree is significantly different. The curriculum educates students in leadership philosophy, skills and strategies from a Christian perspective. The online program also prepares Christian leaders to address the challenges of today’s business and nonprofit environments, and diverse workforce dynamics, from a position of strong Christian ethics.
