Program Description:

Concordia’s onlineMaster of Human Services – Community Health program will provide you with skills to help promote the well-being of individuals and communities through education and initiatives. Upon completion of the program, students will have learned the skills to be able to:

  • Design, implement, and assess community-based health intervention programs
  • Understand behavior change, health risk behavior, and psychological/behavioral factors as they affect physical conditions in individuals and populations
  • Apply Public Health theory to a variety of health concerns

Eligibility Requirements:

Undergraduate G.P.A. of 2.8 or higher. Students must submit an application and transcripts for review prior to full admission by the graduate college. Depending upon the student's education and experience, there may be pre-requisites for admission.
