The servant leadership curriculum is designed to guide students toward a deeper understanding of the meaning of servant leadership in terms of being, knowing, and doing in education, business, religious and government settings. Core principles and the sustainable practices of effective and innovative servant leaders are examined. Personal exploration and growth as well as interpersonal, organizational, social, political and symbolic analyses are encouraged.
Concordia University Chicago's master of arts in leadership studies program is based on the conviction that leaders must learn to lead change so that services and deliverables are effectively, ethically, and efficiently delivered to an increasingly diverse population in the context of a changing economy and rapidly developing technologies.
