Program Description:

The M.A. in Organizational Leadership online program helps students become ethical leaders and managers. Graduates will learn how to be sensitive and understanding to diverse populations. Through education, research, and a mastery of policy-making, graduates can excel in an array of organizational environments.

The M.A. in Organizational Leadership online program develops a student’s ability to apply the psychological theories of leadership in business. Graduates will complete the program ready to take on the demands of leadership roles. Along with core courses, students will complete a series of electives in general or industrial/organizational psychology.

Upon completion of the M.A. in Organizational Leadership, students can expect to find opportunities as mid-to-senior level leaders in the governmental, corporate, or nonprofit setting. Graduates who wish to continue the pursuit of higher education may opt to apply for a Ph.D. program in Organizational Leadership or Business Psychology.
