The Champlain College Online Graduate Certificate in Positive Organization Development prepares students to elevate the performance of organizational systems through strength-based organizational practices. This 15-credit program provides graduates with a strong foundation in the philosophies, theories, applications and practice of Positive Organization Development, while empowering them to become champions of positive change in their current work environment and beyond. As one of the only programs of its kind, Champlain’s Online Graduate Certificate in Positive Organization Development is designed for motivated professionals who are currently responsible for change efforts within their organization, or those who would like to become more effective champions of positive change within organizational systems.
