Capella University's online Master's in K-12 Studies program gives you the knowledge to improve education and reduce achievement gaps. This program is also part of Capella's Professional Education Unit, which has been accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).

Learners in this specialization customize their programs by selecting an area of emphasis that meets their educational, personal, professional, and school site needs. Emphases include Standards-Based English Language Arts, Standards-Based Math, Standards-Based Science, and Standards-Based Social Studies. The following courses have been designed for licensed teachers and may require K-12 classroom access.
