MHA - Health Care Operations

Capella University's online MHA Health Care Operations program helps you learn to align an organization with patient needs. Designed to be completed within 18 months, this program prepares you to pursue director-level and leadership positions in a wide range of health care settings.
The curriculum is aligned with the National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL) Competency Model™ and focuses on concepts, principles and processes associated with effective health care operations, including human capital management, health care consumerism and marketing, and facilities and capital asset management.
As you pursue Capella's MHA, you can earn a Health Care Administration Certificate simultaneously, within your first year — giving you a respected credential that you can obtain on the way to your master's degree.
