Our EdS degree program is part of our Professional Education Unit, and thus has been fully accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). Designed around national teaching and licensure standards, this program is intended for educators and administrators who have completed a master's program and want to increase their depth of knowledge and effectiveness while broadening their career options.
With your EdS degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella, you'll develop curricula that best reflects your local educational system's philosophy and mission, current trends, and community and societal needs.
