This program is designed around the Teacher Leader Model Standards, the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards for Teachers, the Association of Teacher Educators Standards for Teacher Educators, and the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) standards.
With your EdD in Teacher Leader in K-12 Studies from Capella, you’ll develop a strong grasp of educational leadership, including finance, HR, operations, data-informed decision making, systems thinking, and change management.
