MBA - Financial Planning
Financial Planning is a rapidly growing and potentially lucrative career field. Recent market research indicates that careers in financial planning are rated near the top of rapidly growing career opportunities in America. This program offers two tracks to accommodate all students. Track 1 allows students to earn an MBA in Financial Planning and take the required coursework to sit for the CFP« Certification Examination at the same time. Track 2 offers more advanced courses for those with a background in financial planning who want to earn their MBA. Cal Lutheran's program is registered with Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and is accredited by the Western Association of Schools & Colleges (WASC).
The program is characterized by a worldclass faculty with an emphasis on ethics, character and sensitivity to the needs of clients. It is designed to accomodate busy schedules of working professionals, with classes that rarely exceed 20 students, and the opportunity for students to take courses online or at one of three campus locations.
