Master of Divinity (MDiv)
81-credit degree designed to integrate the thinking, being, and doing of ministry. This program includes focus in biblical, historical, theological, ministry and interdisciplinary studies. We also have two emphases in peace studies and youth and young adult studies. Our partner school (located right next door), Earlham School of Religion, also offers emphases in spirituality, writing, and pastoral care, which as a Bethany student, you can take full advantage. The MDiv involves an introductory course to aid in your discernment of gifts for ministry, as well as, two internships, and a capstone course that examines your ability to integrate the head, heart, and hands of the Gospel story.
