You will also engage in critical analysis of current research in special education and pursue in-person coached field experiences at local schools.
The M.Ed. in Special Education for teachers seeking a Virginia Endorsement is presented in an accelerated, cohort-based format. This means that a group of students advance through each course in the program in six to ten-week blocks, allowing for intensive study of each concept.
