Master of Food Science and Nutrition with an emphasis in Hotel/Restaurant Management
The Department of Nutrition and Food Science, which is part of the School of Human Sciences, offers graduate study leading to a Master of Science degree with emphasis in hotel and restaurant management (HRM). This non-thesis option is available through distance education. The combination of a non-thesis emphasis in HRM and the distance learning program allows Auburn University to reach out to industry and personnel in hospitality in our region by extending classrooms beyond the confines of campus.
