Program Description:

Forest science is a well-recognized and long-standing academic discipline dating to the first forestry schools that were established in the U.S. a century ago. As the land grant institution for the state of Ohio, The Ohio State University historically has served as the lead institution for forestry education and research in the state. In terms of graduate education, the forest science graduate area of specialization is the only graduate program in forest science in the state of Ohio.
